About this Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our Commercial Lending team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our service engineering team, you'll play a critical role in driving the delivery of reliable, scalable, and functionally rich software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure successful project implementation and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to provide technical expertise and resolve service-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality service standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Supervise the maintenance and enhancement of service infrastructure, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and document processes to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in service engineering or a similar role.
  • Breadth of technical understanding across development, operations, application, and infrastructure.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.
