Job Summary

Hays Senior Finance is seeking a highly skilled Transaction Services Manager to lead and execute corporate finance services for clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of professionals, building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential buyers, and providing strategic advice on transaction-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute corporate finance services for clients, including financial due diligence, purchase price allocation, and working capital analysis.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals to ensure high-quality delivery of services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential buyers to identify and evaluate potential transaction opportunities.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on transaction-related matters, including financial analysis and due diligence techniques.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field (ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA).
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on transaction services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and due diligence techniques.
  • Experience with Excel, financial modeling, and other financial analysis software.
  • Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in business development and new client acquisition.
