Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Transaction Services professional to join our client's rapidly expanding Bristol office. As a key member of the team, you will oversee the delivery of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) projects, working closely with senior management and clients from a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage transaction services engagements, including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing insights on transaction strategies.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed due diligence reports, financial analyses, and transaction-related documentation.
  • Assist with the development of new business opportunities by leveraging existing networks and cultivating new client relationships.
  • Mentor and manage a team of talented professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory developments, ensuring our services remain at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience (3+ years) in transaction services, corporate finance, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
  • ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent is essential.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior team members.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
