Job Summary

Service Care Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Manage change through CEMAR, ensuring adherence to contractual timescales and ensuring timely production of Monthly Applications for Payment in accordance with the conditions of the contract.
  • Commercial Expertise: Provide commercial advice to the site team and management on all contractual issues, ensuring that our company's interests are protected.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee supply chain management by drafting and issuing NEC3 subcontracts, ensuring clear and transparent communication with our suppliers.
