Sales Director Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to promote awareness of Accor Resort and drive sales growth in the Russian market. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Establish Key Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop Business Plans: Create and implement business plans that identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape specific to the Russian market.
  • Drive Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to ensure properties achieve and exceed sales targets.

You will be responsible for:

  • Advertising and Promotions: Undertake advertising, sales promotions, and publicity initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Sales Calls and Trade Shows: Organize and attend sales calls, trade shows, and other required sales activities to represent Accor Resort.
  • Market Intelligence: Track and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitive activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Candidate Requirements:
    • Native in Russian and fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
    • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or travel industry, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
    • Flexible to accommodate varying work schedules.
