Job Description

Overview: At Creative Digital Laboratories, we're seeking a talented Russian-speaking Creative Copywriter to bring engaging ideas and impactful messaging to our team.

Responsibilities:

We're looking for someone to transform strategic briefs into creative concepts, written content, and promotional ideas that resonate with Russian-speaking audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret Strategic Briefs: Collaborate with the strategy team to understand target audience insights, messaging direction, and campaign objectives.
  • Creative Concept Development: Generate creative ideas and concepts to meet campaign goals.
  • Copywriting and Messaging: Write persuasive, culturally relevant copy across various formats, including digital ads, social media, email, and website content.
  • Promotion Strategy: Develop ideas for promotion and dissemination that align with the messaging direction and reach the target audience effectively.
  • Stay Informed on Trends: Keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviour within Russian-speaking markets to inform creative work.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Russian, with a strong grasp of the language's subtleties and cultural references.
  • Experience: 4+ years as creative/copywriter, preferably within an agency or for Russian-speaking markets.
  • Audience Insight: In-depth knowledge of the Russian-speaking market, including social norms, trends, and media consumption patterns.
