About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Conference and Banqueting Head Waiter to join our team at Coworth Park Hotel. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and service of all group, social, banquet, and planned food and beverage events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the Event Operations team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Continuously improve service and operational systems to maximize business growth.
  • Ensure event spaces and environments meet and exceed 5-star standards.
  • Show flexibility and creativity in dealing with challenges and meeting guest special requests.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as an assistant manager in a five-star spa operation, preferably within a hotel.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service ethic.
  • English as the primary language used in our hotel.
