Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Waiter to join our Events Operations team at our prestigious Hotel. As a Head Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every event is a success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the smooth running of In Room Dining and Events services, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Create and maintain a positive team environment, motivating and training team members to achieve high standards.
  • Lead and coach your team to provide exceptional service to guests, whether they are dining in their room, attending a social or corporate event, or enjoying a picnic on property.
