Join Our Professional Negligence Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Professional Negligence Team, working on high-quality cases on behalf of insurers arising from professional indemnity claims.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers who are experts in their field, handling a variety of cases including construction and solicitor claims, accountants, insurance brokers, vets, and independent financial advisers.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners on multi-million-pound claims, with opportunities to progress to managing their own case load.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling claims pre-action, through mediation, adjudication, and litigation or arbitration
  • Working closely with partners on high-value claims
  • Managing a varied caseload and meeting deadlines
  • Providing excellent legal and leadership skills
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with experience in professional negligence claims or construction
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
