Senior Associate - Professional Indemnity Claims

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Professional Negligence Team, working on high-quality cases on behalf of insurers arising from professional indemnity claims.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers who are experts in their field, handling a variety of cases including Solicitors, insurance brokers, and financial advisers.

As a Senior Associate, you will be working closely with Partners on high-value claims, with progression opportunities to manage your own case load.

The successful candidate will have exposure to a range of cases, including advising on policy coverage, regulatory issues, and Ombudsmen complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling high-quality cases on behalf of insurers
  • Working closely with Partners on high-value claims
  • Advising on policy coverage, regulatory issues, and Ombudsmen complaints
  • Managing a varied caseload
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with experience in handling professional negligence claims
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, prioritize, and manage a varied caseload
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
