Job Opportunity: Senior Associate for Professional Indemnity Claims

Due to the growth and expansion of our Professional Negligence Team, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to work on high-quality cases on behalf of insurers arising from professional indemnity claims.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers who are experts in their field. You will have exposure to a wide range of cases, including those involving solicitors, insurance brokers, and financial advisers.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners on high-value claims, with opportunities for career progression and case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling professional negligence claims on behalf of insurers
  • Working closely with partners on high-value claims
  • Managing a varied caseload and meeting deadlines
  • Providing expert advice on policy coverage, regulatory issues, and Ombudsmen complaints

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with experience in handling professional negligence claims
  • Strong legal and leadership skills, with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
