Join Our Professional Negligence Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Professional Negligence Team. As a key member of our team, you will work on high-quality cases on behalf of insurers arising from professional indemnity claims.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers who are experts in their field. You will have exposure to a wide range of cases, including construction and solicitor claims, accountants, insurance brokers, and independent financial advisers.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Partners on high-value claims, with opportunities to progress to managing their own case load.

Requirements
  • A Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive with experience in handling professional negligence claims
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contact
