Join Our Professional Negligence Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Professional Negligence Team, working on high-quality cases on behalf of insurers arising from professional indemnity claims.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers who are experts in their field, handling a variety of cases including construction and solicitor claims, accountants, insurance brokers, and independent financial advisers.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Partners on high-value claims, with opportunities to progress to managing their own case load.

Requirements
  • A Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive with experience in handling professional negligence claims
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
