Exciting Opportunity for a Professional Negligence Solicitor

Themis Recruit is seeking an experienced and skilled Professional Negligence Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will manage a diverse caseload of complex professional negligence claims, including multi-million-pound cases across various sectors such as solicitors, construction, surveyors, and accountants' negligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle your own caseload of complex professional negligence claims, working closely with the department head on larger cases.
  • Collaborate with the team on group projects and tasks, utilizing your expertise in professional negligence and civil procedure rules.
  • Manage high-value claims across various industries, including legal, construction, surveying, and accounting, with a focus on delivering outstanding results for clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience in professional negligence or general litigation/dispute resolution, with a strong understanding of the civil procedure rules.
  • Grade A or B solicitor, confident in managing cases independently with some supervision.
  • Experience with Proclaim or similar case management systems, as well as strong IT skills and ability to manage electronic case files.
