As an Operations Coordinator, you will be part of our dynamic Operations team based in our London office. Your role will involve developing your analytical skills, drawing conclusions, and implementing action plans based on your findings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing stock replenishment to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time, maintaining sales momentum, and maximising revenue.
  • Data management and analysis, using sales and stock data to inform business decisions.
  • Working with and managing logistics partners, ensuring freight and logistics costs are competitive, correctly quoted, and invoiced.
  • Creating efficiencies and improving our supply chain and logistics to speed up operations and reduce costs.

As you progress in your role, you will also be involved in:

  • Forecasting, making intelligent assessments based on data to decide how much stock is required throughout the year.
  • Assisting in the setup of new logistics networks, new warehousing, and creating new partnerships with third-party suppliers.
  • Providing business updates to other teams using data, creating relevant reports and digestible data to inform high-level decision-making.
