About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sainsbury's team as a Trading Support Manager - Store Leadership. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting customer operations and store processes, while also leading your colleagues to deliver exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Customer Operations: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our stores.
  • Lead Store Processes: You will work closely with the store management team to implement and maintain efficient store processes, ensuring that our stores run smoothly and effectively.
  • Develop and Coach Colleagues: You will identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and development opportunities to help your colleagues grow and succeed.
  • Drive Sales and Profitability: You will work closely with the store management team to drive sales and profitability, identifying opportunities to increase sales and reduce costs.
Requirements
