About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Support Manager for our Counselling Services in the North and West. This is a key leadership role that will involve inspiring and guiding a team of professionals to deliver high-quality support to our counselling services and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the regional business support teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients, staff, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure the team delivers exceptional service and fosters a culture of engagement, value, and recognition.
  • Improve client satisfaction and efficiency through process implementation and monitoring.
  • Manage administrative processes and procedures for all services, ensuring systems are in place for gathering and analysing service-user feedback and providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage the Service Centres and facilities, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and staff.
  • Manage budgets for the services and regularly monitor performance against budget expectations.
  • Support the planning and delivery of new change or transformation initiatives and facilitate growth in income-generating activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. You will also need to have a proven track record in a similar environment, with outstanding people management skills and a solid grasp of financial management.

You will be capable of operational leadership, ensuring continuity across the business support service and stepping in for the Managing Coordinator when necessary.
