Key Tasks:

  • Manage the deployment and setup of services
  • Ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Conduct site surveys prior to sale and reconfigurations

  • Arrange 1st day and 7th day visits with Area Support Manager
  • Manage and action guard reporting from Monitoring Station
  • Manage and action CCTV reporting from Monitoring Station
  • Quarterly service visits across CCTV guarding and cleaning
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure Key Terms are upheld
  • Process billing, reconcile damage, and client-led issues
  • Onboard new suppliers and host performance meetings
  • Work to KPIs as set out
  • Incident resolution visits as required
  • New business opportunities: visit new site opportunities and upsell in current sites
  • Post-installations and C&W checks as required

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations
  • Able to drive a manual vehicle
  • Have a full, clean UK Driving Licence
  • Be organized, flexible, and reliable
