Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Mercure Bristol North The Grange. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring seamless delivery and high guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's management team to align restaurant operations with overall hotel goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring optimal profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
