University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is a large organisation based in the vibrant city of Birmingham, now covering four busy hospital sites and a community service. We are seeking a Clinical Neuro Rehabilitation Team Manager to join our dynamic team as a Band 8a Clinical Speech & Language Therapist.

In this role, you will lead the Speech and Language Therapy service at HGS across our ASU and ESD teams, providing clinical input within an acute stroke caseload and working closely with the MDT to maintain safety and quality of care for patients.

The successful candidate will have significant experience as a clinical leader, including direct clinical supervision of staff, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality presentations to multi-professional groups. You will also have a good understanding of IT systems and its application to clinical practice.

This is a permanent position (30 hours per week) with a salary range of £53,619 - £70,119 per annum, depending on experience. The trust offers excellent benefits, including flexible working, comprehensive training and development opportunities, and a commitment to staff wellbeing.
