**Job Title:** Nurse Program Development Specialist

Staffing Medical USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Program Development Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing oversight of the Magnet Program and implementing creative systems, processes, shared decision making, and clinical practices that improve patient care delivery. You will coordinate efforts to achieve and maintain Magnet Hospital designation.

As a Nurse Program Development Specialist, you will conduct gap analysis for evidence of the Magnet Model components and work closely with leadership to formulate plans to close the gaps in performance. You will also foster innovation and excellence in nursing, manage performance requirements on an ongoing basis, and re-application.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates efforts to achieve and maintain Magnet Hospital designation.
  • Conducts gap analysis for evidence of the Magnet Model components.
  • Fosters innovation and excellence in nursing.
  • Manages performance requirements on an ongoing basis and re-application.
  • Serves as primary liaison with Magnet Program Office.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a RN license in PA (Ok if pending PA license), Master's or doctorate degree, or BSN with the active pursuit of Master's degree. Additionally, you must have at least five years of nursing experience, with three years of experience working in a Magnet-recognized hospital and at least three years of experience in management or an administrative role.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
