Job Title: Nursing Career Development

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Smartcall Healthcare. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RMN/RNLD to progress their career in a leading provider of behavioural care and specialist support services.

Estimated Salary: £40,591 - £47,613 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality nursing care to patients with complex needs. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for carrying out nursing care plans, working closely with the ward manager to support staff wellbeing and development, and completing first-level assessments of patient needs.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and career progression, as well as being part of a company that values its employees and invests in their growth.

Responsibilities
  • To carry out nursing care plans in a responsible and efficient manner
  • To develop an understanding of managing shifts with guidance from the ward/departmental sister/charge nurse
  • Working closely with the ward manager to support staff wellbeing and development
  • To complete first-level assessments of patient needs and document these on care plans
