About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Alliance Medical. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient-facing and telephone interactions, supporting queries, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is highly desirable, and experience with E-Systems would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Supporting all incoming queries into the centre, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
• Providing administrative support to the medical team, including chaperoning patients during medical procedures as required.
• Booking appointments for patients using our E-Systems.

Salary Information:
The salary for this role is based on your experience and qualifications, but we estimate it to be around £24,000 per annum.
