About the Role:
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a highly skilled Systemic and Family Psychotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our Youth Justice Service / Prevent and Families Forward teams, you will work closely with our young people and their families to deliver evidence-based therapeutic and systemic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy to young people and their families in their homes and other community settings
- Develop and implement our systemic practice model
- Support staff in their work with young people and families
- Consult with colleagues, other professionals, and foster carers
- Ensure high-quality records and produce reports for court and other areas
About You:
We are looking for a qualified Family and Systemic Psychotherapist with experience working with vulnerable groups in diverse ethnic communities. You should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, a can-do, creative attitude, and the ability to establish strong working relationships with all kinds of people, especially children.
