Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

At Focus Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Develop and maintain the company websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with our brand identity.
  • Create and optimise engaging content for digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Track and report on digital marketing metrics, providing weekly and monthly performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively suggest innovative strategies to drive business growth.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, including designing templates, writing compelling copy, and scheduling delivery.
  • Support with the design of new customer forms/service documents, campaign/website graphics, external and internal presentations.
  • Work closely with external agencies to monitor and effectively optimise PPC campaigns to increase conversions.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools and SEO strategies.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Spotler, Mailchimp, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ability to correctly implement redirects in line with best practices.
  • Experience with creating effective PPC campaigns (Google, Bing, and social media).
