At Geda Construction, we are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company, supporting our Human Resource Department.

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to assist with various tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and maintaining employee records. The successful candidate will have previous administration experience and be able to apply logic in thinking through processes.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Calculating holiday leave entitlement and adding approved leave to team and individual calendars
  • Updating SharePoint with HR and Training information as part of our internal communication process
  • Pricing and booking of training courses, ensuring any training cards and certificates are received and logged
  • Maintaining and updating employee membership with Private Medical Insurance provider
  • Submitting, tracking, and communicating progress of DBS applications
  • Organising, maintaining, and updating HR & Training records and systems, whilst handling sensitive data with confidentiality
  • Preparing statistics for HR and Training reporting

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous HR experience desirable
