Customer Service Associate Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team based at our office in Ringwood. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and rapidly growing company that prides itself on its reputation for high-quality customer service and 5-star reviews.

This is not a call centre position; instead, you will work in a more personable and traditional inbound working environment within an office of around 30 people. You will play a key role in ensuring customers have a seamless and positive experience, responding to inbound enquiries, assisting with quotations, and liaising with customers via telephone, live chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-class customer service via inbound enquiries (telephone, live chat, email)
  • Ensuring that customers' requirements are met and processed correctly
  • Dealing with complex and bespoke quotations and enquiries
  • Communicating with different departments across the business to ensure customer requirements are met and understood
  • Ensuring databases are kept up to date with correct customer details, communications, and progress

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an office-based Customer Service/Sales role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality of work
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to make an active contribution to a positive, progressive culture within the company
  • Strong work ethic and attitude
  • Eagerness to progress
  • Good computer skills, Microsoft Office
