Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to our conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and paralegals
  • Transcribe dictation from a digital dictation system
  • Produce accurate, timely, and professionally presented documentation
  • Manage files on our case management system
  • Handle telephone calls and liaise with clients and other professional contacts
  • Support solicitors and paralegals with diary management and organizing meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with the firm's requirements and GDPR
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
