Conveyancing Legal Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to our conveyancing team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and paralegals
- Transcribe dictation from a digital dictation system
- Produce accurate, timely, and professionally presented documentation
- Manage files on our case management system
- Handle telephone calls and liaise with clients and other professional contacts
- Support solicitors and paralegals with diary management and organizing meetings
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with the firm's requirements and GDPR
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
