Probate Legal Secretary Job Description

  • Conduct filing, scanning, and photocopying tasks, as well as managing databases and performing data entry.
  • Draft closing letters, process bills, and handle cheques, while offering general administrative support to the department.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in probate law at a secretarial level.
  • Exceptional typing ability, word processing, and IT skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
