Mobile Doctors Ltd are part of the Kuro Health Group and currently have fantastic Operations Case Handler opportunities available to join the expanding team in our busy Bolton Office.

**Job description**

The role of Operations Case Handler is to efficiently and accurately manage our customer’s medical instructions, ensuring that processes, Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and our values are adhered to whilst providing outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Process instructions from the instructing party giving particular attention to time constraints and any special instructions.
- Arrange a suitable appointment time and location for each client with the appropriate medical expert, taking appropriate steps to ensure appointments are attended.
- Secure a quality, court-ready report in a timely fashion, ensuring the report meets the specific requirements of the instruction.
- Communicating with the National Health Service (NHS) and other medical records suppliers to acquire relevant medical records
- To be compliant with Mobile Doctors policies and procedures, including but not limited to, Information Security and General Data Protection Regulation
- Full adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
- Ensure communication is clear, concise and appropriate to the audience.
- Maintain a record of the case history, ensuring that all notes and actions taken are recorded on the case management software.
- Support others in the management of their cases.

**What we are looking for**:

- Data entry experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to build rapport/relationships with external and internal clients & customers
- Strong prioritisation skills and adaptability
- High quality written and verbal communication
- Drive and self-determination with the ability to find and implement solutions to problems
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and the ability to learn new systems and processes as required

**Hybrid working**

We employ hybrid working, which is part home based and part office based. Initial training is office based.
