Office Administrator/financial Administrator

ARC Costs are a Bolton based digital Costs Draftsman/Lawyer services provider, who assist Solicitors in recovering their legal fees, and also in providing advocacy services at CCMCs and detailed assessment hearings.
We focus on providing our staff with a healthy work/life balance, which incorporates a relaxed office atmosphere, increased holiday allowances for birthday's and length of employment as well as the opportunity to work remotely 2 days per week once probation periods have been passed. The individual will also have the opportunity to join our target incentive with rewards such as: 4-day work weeks for hitting weekly targets, bonuses and a prize for the top drafter of the month. Whilst part of the role can be on a remote-access/distance-role basis, the individual should be able to comfortably commute to our Bolton office full-time for the initial training period.
- Any knowledge of legal processes is beneficial, but this is not essential and we will provide full on the job training;
- Have good Excel knowledge and capabilities;
- Have a confident telephone manner and be capable of taking calls and comfortable discussing matters over the phone.
- A knowledge of bookkeeping and financial analysis
- A good telephone manner and experience of managing a case management system and managing deadlines
The role offers significant progression opportunities, with pro-active pay reviews monthly in our 1% incentive alongside our performance based reviews, and the potential to study and qualify as a Costs Lawyer (for which we provide a funding contribution) for those who complete 1 year of service with ARC Costs and demonstrate dedication to the role.
Pay: £13.18-£16.48 per hour
