Healthcare Support Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at HealthHarmonie. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Responsible for keeping the reception area clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times
- Accurately input patient details into the patient information system to maintain patient records
- Assess and prioritise patient referrals based on urgency and medical need
- Contact patients to schedule appointments
- Scan and attach referrals to the patient's file for easy accessibility
- Set up examination rooms for clinicians
Work Schedule and Location
- The reception will need covering 3 days a week
- Working days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday
- Working hours 8.30am - 5pm
- Base location: Two days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) at Townlands Memorial Hospital, and Saturdays at Royal Berkshire Hospital
