At All Care (GB) Ltd., we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Assistant to join our team of Reablement Support Workers. As a Care Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care, building relationships, and making a positive impact on the lives of our clients in their own home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with personal care, including washing, toileting, and dressing
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Observing, monitoring, and recording client needs and progress

Requirements:

  • Caring, kind, reliable, patient, and compassionate
  • 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people
  • Authorised to work in the UK – Unfortunately, we cannot provide sponsorship

Shifts Available:

  • 07:00am – 16:00pm
  • 16:00pm – 22:00pm

We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate: £12.50 - £14.50
  • 0.40p per mile between care calls
  • £400 Joining Reward*
