Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our diabetic eye screening team. As a screener, you will be responsible for running local clinics, photographing patients' eyes, and assessing for diabetic retinopathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support
  • Work effectively in a pressured environment
  • Develop strong interpersonal skills and build rapport with patients
  • Learn and apply new skills and knowledge to improve patient outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements

  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including grades A-C in English, Maths, and a Science subject or equivalent
  • A full driving licence and own transport
