Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our diabetic eye screening team. As a screener, you will be responsible for running local clinics, photographing patients' eyes, and assessing for diabetic retinopathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support
  • Work independently in a pressured environment
  • Develop strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
  • Learn and apply new skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a team environment and support colleagues

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including grades A-C in English, Maths, and a Science subject or equivalent
  • A full driving licence and own transport
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
