Customer Service Adviser - Pertemps TM

Pertemps TM is actively seeking a Customer Service Adviser to join our dedicated team.

No prior industry experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

Salary: £24,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 weekend in 4, with two weekdays off)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming customer service inquiries on behalf of our clients
  • Offering assistance and solutions based on the nature of the inquiries
  • Documenting each inquiry in a case file
  • Collaborating with the senior management team
  • Collecting customer feedback to enhance service quality and sharing insights with relevant parties
  • Providing ongoing support and communication with customers as needed
  • Updating case notes in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Participating in occasional market research and mystery shopping initiatives
  • Working in an office environment with daily performance metrics and service level agreements to meet
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service is beneficial, but training will be provided
  • Comfortable communicating with individuals over the phone
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in IT applications
