Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to employees via various channels, including email, phone, and in-person.
  • Log and track support requests using Service-Now, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Proactively monitor the Support Bar, identifying potential issues and escalating them to the relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with the Support Bar team to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with the company's Service Improvement roadmap.
