About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 nursing lead to join our dynamic team in Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving standards and performance within our SDEC department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, same-day emergency care in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Lead a team of nurses and contribute to the development of innovative clinical care.
  • Oversee the daily management of the unit with the support of the senior management team.
  • Collaborate with multiple specialties, including surgical, medical, frailty, gynaecology, and urology.
