About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Nursing Lead to join our Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) department at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving standards and performance within the SDEC department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, same-day emergency care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
