We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Lloyd Recruitment - Epsom. This is a permanent position that offers a salary of £45,000 - £50,000, plus an attractive benefits package.

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing HR guidance, support, and training to managers and employees across the company. You will work closely with our Managing Directors and Line Managers to develop employee talent, ensure compliance with UK employment law and HR legislation, and manage the recruitment and onboarding process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

External:
  • Managing recruitment partner relations
  • Seeking HR-related legal and other professional advice when required
  • Providing HR-related advice to clients and external auditors
  • Dealing with company fleet penalty charges
Compliance:
  • Ensuring the group is compliant with UK employment law and HR legislation
  • Providing advice on ER cases, such as disciplinaries, grievances, and performance reviews
  • Keeping the Company handbook and policies up to date
Recruitment, On-boarding & Leavers:
  • Managing the recruitment and onboarding process, including designing job descriptions and advertising vacancies
  • Managing long service awards and employee benefits
Planning & Reporting:
  • Creating and presenting HR strategy and budget for the group
  • Creating and presenting monthly HR board packs
  • Creating and presenting headcount plans and identifying new development opportunities
Performance Development & Management:
  • Developing employee talent via development plans and succession plans
  • Ensuring performance development review forms are up to standard
Remuneration:
  • Managing annual pay reviews and performance development reviews
  • Administering company car allocation and responding to queries
  • Overseeing Managing Directors' and central function heads' bonus schemes
  • Ensuring pension compliance and contributions
Holidays, Absenteeism, and Leavers:
  • Managing employee absence and holiday requests
