**About Us**:
**Position: Test Centre Administrator - Horley**
- **Location**: 77 Victoria Road, RH6 7QH
- **Work Hours**: Minimum of 8.25 hours per week (mainly covering lunch times, including some Saturday mornings).
- We are looking to recruit a temporary staff member to cover staff lunches, between 11.30-3.30 Monday-Thursday and who could be available to cover Saturday mornings. These hours will be worked over 2/4 day.
- Availability from Monday-Thursday and Saturdays preferred
- **Employment Type**: Temporary, part-time, 6 months contract
- **Compensation**: £12.00 per hour, paid to you at the end of every month.
**About the Role**:
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Adhere to exam testing security protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as IT, to resolve technical issues.
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized Test Centre.
**Your Qualifications**:
- Customer-facing experience or previous invigilation experience.
- School qualifications in English and Maths.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to work effectively in a quiet testing environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with the capability to monitor for restricted behavior.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is advantageous.
