Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-known organisation, on the recruitment of an HR Change Specialist, on an initial 9-month FTC.


They are ideally looking for someone who is Immediately Available, due to the nature of the contract.


This organisation is in the process of a large re-structure and you will be controlling operational end of the change programme. You will also devise and own the HR Project plan for specific M&A and Change initiatives, ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders.


Duties:

  • Previous experience with Large Complex Acquisitions end to end including integration.
  • Resourceful and self-motivated with ability to adapt to various environments.
  • Ability to influence and have impact on key decisions by demonstrating deep subject matter expertise.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters in a professional way.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Knowledge of UK legislation, policies, procedures, and compliance and practices etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Process improvement and change management skills.


Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience in change management
  • People management skills, supporting a team dealing with a complex workload
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to produce reports and comfortable interrogating data
