Children & Young People (CYP) Nurse Lead | Gatwick Park | Horley, West Sussex | Permanent Full-time

Spire Gatwick Park are looking for an experienced CYP Nurse to lead the team. You will lead the provision of exemplary planned care for patients aged from birth to 18 years. You will be lead specialist in all clinical areas providing specialist education and audit.

Duties and responsibilities

Develop practice in the assessment of health and well being needs To ensure the teams delivery of effective care by providing excellent clinical and managerial leadership. Develop a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety and security and safeguards the welfare of children. Undertake Human Resource activities for all members of the team Plan, monitor and quality assure the application of technology for measurement, monitoring and treatment Develop strategies and policies for service improvement. Support and lead the team

Who we're looking for

You will be a Registered sick Children’s Nurse NMC registered  EPLS/PALS is essential  Child Protection level 3 Experience working in a lead role within a similar setting Experience Working as a practitioner in and across multi disciplinary teams

Contract: Full-time permanent 

Hours: The service runs across 7 days, fully flexible.
