Job Title: Director, Quality

At Bright Horizons UK, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Quality to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the creation and delivery of our Work + Family strategy, providing innovative and technological solutions to meet the needs of our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our Work + Family strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and their employees.
  • Drive commercial growth and revenue expansion through strategic business development and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, employees, and partners.
  • Oversee the performance and growth of our Work + Family business, ensuring delivery of key performance indicators and business results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee benefits and corporate services, with a track record of success in a senior operations and growth leadership role.
  • Experience working in a complex business environment, with a strong understanding of the UK market and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with a successful track record of delivering commercial targets, innovation, and service excellence.
  • Confident decision-maker, with the ability to build and manage teams to support change and drive efficiencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and deliver strategy using data to inform decision-making.
