Work and Family Solutions Director

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Work and Family Solutions Director to join our team at Bright Horizons UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the creation and delivery of our Work and Family strategy, providing innovative and technological solutions to meet the needs of our clients and their employees.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the development and implementation of our Work and Family strategy, working closely with our UK Managing Director and other senior leaders
* Collaborate with our US and International teams to leverage best practices and ensure we are delivering world-class standards of service
* Drive commercial growth and innovation, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and portfolio
* Lead and develop high-performing teams, with a focus on delivering commercial targets, innovation, and service excellence
* Work with relevant support functions to model leadership behavior and drive business results

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in employee benefits and corporate services, with a proven record of success in a senior operations and growth leadership role
* Proven experience of increasing revenue and portfolio, with a successful track record of delivering commercial targets
* Experience of leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on innovation and service excellence
* Ability to plan and deliver strategy, using data to develop the vision and identify actions to improve performance
