About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Director to lead our Work and Family Solutions business in the UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Work and Family business, delivering exceptional client experiences, and building strong relationships with our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Work and Family strategy, aligned with our company's vision and goals.
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure the delivery of world-class services to our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, innovation, and service excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners to ensure seamless delivery of our Work and Family solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive commercial outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in employee benefits and corporate services, with a track record of success in delivering high-quality client experiences and driving business growth.
  • Senior leadership experience, with a successful history of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to plan and deliver strategy, using data to inform decision-making and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
