About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Director to lead our Work + Family Solutions team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our Work + Family strategy, driving business growth, and improving commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Work + Family strategy, aligned with our business objectives
  • Lead a high-performing team, driving commercial targets, innovation, and service excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business results and exceed key performance indicators
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in employee benefits and corporate services, with a track record of success in a senior leadership role
  • Experience working in a complex business environment, with multiple clients, locations, and sectors
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data, develop insights, and inform business decisions
