Work and Family Solutions Director

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Work and Family Solutions Director to join our team at Bright Horizons UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the creation and delivery of our Work and Family strategy, providing innovative and technological solutions to meet the needs of our clients and their employees.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the development and implementation of our Work and Family strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and vision
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver best-in-class Work and Family solutions, including employee benefits, corporate services, and wellbeing initiatives
* Drive commercial growth and revenue increase through strategic partnerships, business development, and innovation
* Develop and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
* Work closely with our UK Managing Director to ensure the successful execution of our Work and Family strategy and business objectives

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in employee benefits and corporate services, with a track record of success in a senior operations and growth leadership role
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to drive revenue growth and increase portfolio
* Excellent leadership and team development skills, with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams
* Ability to plan and deliver strategy, using data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
