Work + Family Director Job Description

As a key member of the Bright Horizons UK leadership team, the Work + Family Director will be responsible for driving the creation and delivery of our Work + Family strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of the employee benefits and corporate services landscape, with a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality client experiences and securing year-on-year growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Work + Family team in a complex business environment, leveraging best practices from the wider operating environment, as well as the US and International Bright Horizons teams.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth, increase revenues, and build exceptional client relationships.
  • Collaborate with relevant support functions to ensure the delivery of world-class standards of service for our clients and their employees.
  • Manage and improve the commercial performance of Bright Horizons, driving incremental sales and winning business strategies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in employee benefits and corporate services, with a proven record of success in a senior operations and growth leadership role.
  • Proven experience of increasing revenue and portfolio, with a strong track record of delivering commercial targets, innovation, and service excellence.
  • Ability to plan and deliver strategy, using data to develop the vision and identify actions to improve performance.
  • Confident decision-maker, with the ability to build teams to support change and drive efficiencies.
