Work and Family Director Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Work and Family Director to lead our Work and Family business in the UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering our Work and Family strategy, providing innovative solutions to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Work and Family strategy to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences and secure year-on-year growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage best practices and drive commercial outcomes
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee benefits and corporate services, with a track record of success in a senior leadership role
  • Experience of leading and developing high-performing teams to deliver commercial targets and innovation
  • Ability to plan and deliver strategy, using data to drive commercial outcomes and measure the impact of initiatives
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
